I live in Kolkata. I ordered one saree from this website - narivastra.com on **th August. I received the shipment on **th.August. I paid by cash ₹****/-.Somehow I didn't like the saree and since they have return and refund options, I called them up next day and they asked me to return the saree and they will refund my ₹ ****/-. I couriered it next day ( **th Aug) and they received it on **thAug. I called them up and confirmed, I was told the refund would be done on coming Tuesday (*.*.****) but they didn't refund. They stopped receiving my call since then, not answering tect msgs as well. Please help me.So because It is different state,I don't know how to move or take any step against them. They are absolutely fraud.
I am very pleased with Voxya. They helped me resolve my issue without much hassle. Very impressed and satisfied.
