I have placed an order for White and Grey Colored Party wear Linen Digital Printed Sari ****. But yesterday unfortunately I received a different sari. Immediately I informed the matter on your website and also communicated it on whats app No. ***** ***** along with photographs of sari received.
It is strange to note that I have not received any reply from your end. Also, nobody responded to phone calls on mobile number ***** *****.
I once again request your good self please take return of the sari and pay me the amount on my bank account.
In continuation with my previous mail since the last two days I am trying to contact you. I have sent a mail, placed a complaint over your website, sent a message on whats app, and tried many times over mobile but I am not getting any response from your side. This seems that you are deliberately trying to avoid the complaint. Till date you have not initiated the goods pickup and refund process.
I once again request your good self please pickup wrongly sent sari and refund me the amount paid.
My two years of blood & sweat got valued finally with Voxya. I got a full refund with no hustle after they received notice.
