Havells - Havells water heater and Radhe Krishna Agency

Since *.* year Havells Gas heater is giving shocks through water tab so switched off and given online complaints to company customer care almost * times many times no service provided nor repaired . Two times representative came touched water heater and taken Rs*** and gone nothing happened. Then he said coil required to replace chargeable so asked replace on top priority . When water heater shown compliant that time under warranty company avoided to do work and now warranty completed. Contacted to Pune higher officer he also said will look only last * months. My mother was cancer patient father is ** yrs old and since then water is heated on gas and carried to bathroom . Now my mother expired and told age father at home getting very difficult for him. Daily we can't contact the person mentally harassed by the people's. Claiming Rs ***** is also less from such a company service .
