I have been regularly calling hathway from a month to resolve my speed problems...My package needs to give **mbps speed but my speed is not evrn touching * mbps ...evrytime i call they register a complain and promise that an engineer will visit my home but till date not even once it has happnd and i have complained like ** times...horrible service hathway has...evryday they just register a complaint and send a new complaint no but does nothing to resolve the issue...super fed up of these ppl...My consumer no is **********....
