Hathway Broadband Internet - Hathway extremely poor customer service

Hathway agent said that we would get * months free on making a payment for one year of service. But now that it’s a year they refuse to go or the promise and the agents number is switched off. Called customer care * times and have been told the billing department will call back but no one calls back. When asked to speak with a manager the customer care representative Deepali hung up on me and when I called again Karishma answered my call and put me on hold for over ** minutes when I asked to speak with her manager and finally hung up on me. Extremely unhappy with the service.
