I have been experiencing NO CONNECTION issues since last * months. I have been raising requests with them almost every week and month. These guys close the ticket without any solutuon? The earlier request I raised today few minutes ago was closed without any resolution. The Nodal Officer Vishal Rajpure is another character who has been giving me false info that they will monitor OR they have resolved the issue etc. I have paid Rs **** for an annual pack and this is what I have been given.
I got my refund. You guys have really helped me when I needed it the most! Thanks again for your help :-)
