Since April ****, I have informed about my relocation and request for disconnection.
Hathway was not able to provide Internet to my new address, therefore there was no other option. However everyday I receive tons of sms and calls and everyday I inform that please disconnect. No one pays heed to this.
Now they started sending emails threatening legal actions. I will be forced to resort to legal actions if this continues.
My two years of blood & sweat got valued finally with Voxya. I got a full refund with no hustle after they received notice.
