My wife was travelling from Delhi to Nairobi on **th November , she was carrying a valid passport and valid VISA stamp on Passport , still the booking staff was asking for the Residence card for Kenya, which is not at all required at the time of travel , Passport and Visa is enough to travel to Kenya. The Booking staff has not given the Boarding pass to her and ask her to get the phyical card and reschedule the flight.These guys are so stubborn and I would say illiterate and uneducated , that they don't understand only VISA is required to travel to a country , not the residence card.
She was so much harrassed by the Booking staff and even the duty manager, They are not at all ready to take a phone call from anyone, I tried to explain but they were not listening on speakar phone.I get so annoyed with this behaviour as they are not ready to understand.
I am so frusterrated with Indigo this time that I have decided not to travel with Indigo in Future ,even for domestic travel
Worst staff experience I ever had.
