Allegedly filed a case on me in consumer court and harassed me multiple times to make Rs ****/- online even though my outstanding amount is showing as Rs. */-. I had received multiple calls from consumer court to make the payment immediately else I should appear in the court of law. Raised so many complaints with Hathway customer care, they told me to just ignore the calls. But today insisted me to make the payment, so I did with no option left. Attaching the screenshots wherein the outstanding amount is 'Rs. */-' but paid Rs. ****/-.
My two years of blood & sweat got valued finally with Voxya. I got a full refund with no hustle after they received notice.
