IndusInd Bank - Harassment and abusing by recovery agent

I have a credit card from indusind bank and I was fail to make payment, so my cc went to collection but last year my father got expired and i don’t have any job and asked the cc company to provide me some time and then the lockdown happen in which, I am not getting full salary and have to see the expense of my family as I am the only one income source in my family. I had a word with the recovery agent very politely and ask them the amount for the settlement or minimum amount to be paid but they start abusing and harrassing me and saying that they will take the money from the neighbours and will abuse about you to them. I told them that I am speaking politely but why are you saying like these and then the agent saying that they own me and will talk the way they want and even giving threats to me and my family. Kindly help me as I am scared.
