Kotak Mahindra Bank Credit card - Harassing

Hi, I am being harrased by the kotak people very badly. In a time of ** mins I am getting calls from atleast ** different numbers. In March ****, i have converted my Credit card outstanding into EMI. I have paid EMI for March, April months. I was unable to pay for May month, as i have lost the job. So, i am getting calls from kotak recovery agents, I told the reason to one of them. I am getting continuos calls and I have not responded to all the calls. But I have mailed to bank regarding the delay in payment and have requested for time. But there was only Copy and paste response received from bank executive. Agents started calling to my home. The thing was i missed May payment and June payment. Though i requested time they didnot provide. later on June **th i have cleared the dues. On June **th i went for shopping and swiped the same card. It was declined. Later i contacted customer support, then they told me, you card was blocked, you cannot use it. The main thing was, EMI was cancelled, you have to pay the total outstanding. But i have not received any intimation via email or SMS that card was blocked and EMI cancelled. When i asked that to the executive, he told me that, you got to know now, why are discussing much. I need to get intimation atleast. After shopping i became fool at the bill counter bcz i was unable to pay the bill. If there is intimation from the bank, i would have taken care. There was no proper post response simply telling, it might be Technical Issue. And that guy is telling "So, you wont clear the outstanding as you have not received mail". I didn't even say that at all. My concern is i need to get intimation. They told me, you are into defaulter list, you cannot see you credit card details in your account also. I am unable to see my past transactions also. Its just * months of EMI. How can they do this ?
