I booked two indigo flight tickets scheduled on *nd and **th April, **** through happy easy go travel agent. These flights were cancelled due to govt imposed covid restrictions and Indigo has refunded the full amount of Rs **** back to this happy easy go travel agent.
Indigo customer care told they processed the refund to the agent on Aug, ****. Now its November and yet they didnt give refund. They owe me Rs **** from three months back.
I requested for refund multiple times through calls, emails but there is no satisfactory response from their side. They are saying that there is bank failure on their end so they couldn't process refund, but when I asked for a proof of transaction failure there is no response. After this they asked for my bank statement , cancelled cheque, bank details- I have shared everything. I shared my bank details and on the same mail they replied "share your bank details with us"- sending unnecessarily mails and wasting my time.
They are not replying with a straightforward answer about my refund and harassing me. I have been mailing them, sending messages through facebook almost everyday but there is no reply about refund. Either there is no response else they are saying "share bank details" which I already did and then after some mails they are saying " bear with us for next *-* working days"- saying this they are wasting time and harassing me constantly in loop. They are blocking money for the past three months and simply providing same meaningless responses which is exhausting me.
