Happy Easy Go - Happy easy go not refunding money even after 8 months

Booked a AirAsia flight ticket on Happy Easy Go bearing order id ****************** on **/**/****. Due to Covid-** lockdown, my flight was cancelled by airline, and full refund was issued by AirAsia on **/**/**** itself. Till date Happy Easy Go hasn't refunded this amount to my bank account. * months have passed!! HEG has confirmed the receipt of this refund amount from AirAsia, but even after that they didn't reimbursed me. Multiple calls and emails have been sent, but inspite of multiple promises, no refund provided yet. I want refund along with damages for such a long delay.
