I booked air india tickets for may and flight was cancelled due to covid still happy easy go not providing refund. I have written confirmation from air india to contact happy easy go for refund as they dont have the money and flight was cancelled. I am not happy witht he way happy easy go os working and want to raise a formal complaint againt them. Its been * months now.
I am very pleased with Voxya. They helped me resolve my issue without much hassle. Very impressed and satisfied.
