On Dec * - **** I made an UPI Transaction to pay my loan EMI of **** to Finnovation TechnoSolution PVT Ltd. Amount Rs.****.** was debited from MY SBI bank account including Finnovation Charges. But that amount was not sent to them and transaction got failed on the same day. But My amount Still not refunded yet.
I tried to reach google support. Sent Mails and Chat with Them. But I didnt get my money back and didnt get proper response from them. This is very much disappointed to me. Because I didnt expect this kind of problem in GOOGLE. I trusted GOOGLE PAY. But now, even I cant get my money back and dont know what to do. The amount may look very small to all. But as of now I am in lot of Debts. Even an hundred rupees is very lot to me. Hence pls help me anyone to get my money back. This is my humble request.I have gone lot of depression due to this money. I got scolding because of this. I am very much depressed because of this. Pls help.
