Gss bhavanarayana filed complaint against Navata road transport on Apr 12, 2019
An iron folding cot booked in Eluru to Warangal. It was not pasted on some other wooden box which has to go to Hyderabad (they told). This was identified on * or * April. They told within * days our goods will be delivered. Till today it was not delivered. Head office Vijayawada people don't know this incident. On ** April I posted a mail in this regarding. They told the problem will be persuaded. Till today no information from their side. I am in doubt whether my goods is with them or not if with them why this much delay. Please solve this.
