Have booked Navata household transport from Bangalore to Hubli and they have delivered Washing Machine and Microwave in pieces now they are saying sometimes it happens. While booking never said they will not guarantee it nor did any of their document clauses mention they are not responsible for breaking stuff during transport. There is no proper response from them and I need justice for my loss
