Goibbibo - GOIBIBO PREPAID BOOKING CHECKIN DENIED

I have done online hotel booking through goibibo with ref HTLDNA*W*VKF**M* for hotel booking from **rd Dec,** to *rd Jan** for travling with family, but hotel has denied booking and goibibo has not provided alternate arrangement, since this was a big bargain deal and i paid full amount at the time of booking, i don't want refund or cancellation, only i required alternate equal category confirmed booking without any extra cost
