Goibbibo - Hotel booking cancellation refund

I Shaktivel,had booked a stay at Harsh guest house, nainital ( booking id : GH**************) through Goibibo for the dates *th to *th June ****.I cancelled the booking on **th May **** under the free cancellation policy. The amount paid was ₹ ****. But till date no amount refunded and I have also sent the bank statement through email . No refund yet.
