GO IBIBO - GO ibibo not yet refunded the money for the cancelled flight

I had already booked a ticket from go ibibo from kochi to Dubai scheduled on March **th.The airline was not functional on that day. I have raised a refund request , until now it is not settled.There is no way to contact their customer service.It is more than * months now, until now , no response. When i checked with the Airline, they have told that refund is already given to go ibibo. I will attach a copy of the airline ticket her. Please help me get my refund back.
