Complaint no. (mandatory) - RNP************ Problem details - I had purchased a refrigerator from LG Store DLF mall of India on this dated - **/**/**** and they delivered it on **/**/**** at home. The issues are that they delivered it key scratched, dent and not available warranty booklet also refrigerator keys not available. I had contacted to the LG Store DLF mall and company on this Dated - **/**/**** and they said we can't replace the refrigerator and we can give you * warranty or changed the refrigerator door. Expected - I want a new refrigerator in the same model or refund amount asap.
