I have placed online order for * furniture items with the following order reference that was made during the month of march ****: *. ROY******* (SHOE RACK, * DOOR) *. ROY*******(* SEATER SOFA) the delivery dates for each of the items were **-Mar-** & **-Apr-** I have not yet received any item above. There is no response to customer support email that i have sent. No one is picking customer care calls that i have made ***s of times. There is no option to cancel the order or any update on the status of order available in "Track your order" section in the company website.
I am very pleased with Voxya. They helped me resolve my issue without much hassle. Very impressed and satisfied.
