BIG CHEAT BY EaseMyTrip(EMT)
I booked a ticket via Booking ID - EMT********* for Mumbai to Goa for Feb **, ****, and paid the amount, after payment, I found that the Ticket was booked for March **, ****, due to a technical glitch on the EMT website. Thereafter I explained the whole scenario to EMT Customer care (contacted telephonically on Feb **, ****, around *:** PM) and asked them to lodge a complaint and refund the full amount paid by me as the ticket was booked for a different date due to an error on the EMT website. The customer representative assured me to solve the issue within ** hours, but in reality, it has been more than ** hours and nothing has been done by EMT till now. It is totally unacceptable and pathetic grievance redressal system that I came across.
In the end, I would like to request you to help me to get back my refund, otherwise I would raise a complaint in the matter to DGCA and Consumer Court.
