I booked a round trip ticket to Mumbai on *th March **** via Make my trip before Corona Virus affected mumbai and Maharashtra Govt. imposed ***.
I was supposed to travel to mumbai for attending buisness trip event organised by Microsoft. But due to this Covid ** Pandemic and Maharashtra being the most affected state as of **th March ****.Microsoft had cancelled the event as well as due to the health safety I wish to cancel my flight tickets but Make my trip is not allowing me to cancel with full refund. We as a consumer feeling helpless. I seek help from Voxya to get my full refund back to my account.
