Spicejet airline - Full refund not received

Mona filed complaint against Spicejet airline on Nov 2, 2022

As discussed with one of spicejet airline member at airport, all passengers were promised to refund full amount due to issues created by spicejet airline on *th oct ****. My flight was from pune to patna but they landed us in varanasi airport because of some technical glitches in aircraft. They asked to manage from there by our own.

Our flight duration was of *hrs but because of spicejet airline negligence we reached after **-** hrs in midnight and that too by bus they promised for full refund by our original mode of payment but spicejet have initiated the half amount only and that too by voucher.

Requesting you to stick to your words and initiate full refund to me by my original mode of payment ASAP.
Traveling date- *th oct **** from pune to patna.
