Spicejet Airline - Safety risk in air travel

The cabin luggage door was open while flight started to take off from the run way.
No cabin crew attended the opened door. The flight taxied at an exit station to get the runway clear for approx **mins but then also, no cabin crew bothered to close it. When the flight took off, a bag fell on the passenger sitting below. Thus, he removed the belt, rose up from his seat & closed the door.
Note- flight has just took up and was ascending to attain height.
