I was a subscriber of FTHDaily and subscribed to daily delivery of milk and curd. Recently FTHDaily missed * days delivery but amount was deducted from my wallet. Frustrated with the poor service and non-responsive customer service, I have decided to discontinue my subscription and take my wallet balance back. FTHDaily customer service is declining to return my wallet balance saying "once amount is added, they will not return it". Please return my money back and cancel my subscription.
Many thanks for your proactive approach and prompt action. This has accelerated and helped in resolving my issue.
