I have been fth daily user for a few months, subscribed to "Nandini shubham milk pouch x *". Recently my deliveries were not delivered for * consecutive days saying it went out of stock. How can the milk which is being produced daily is going out of stock every day? clearly they are trying to fool us. I couldnt reach their support and they will not reply to my mail either. Never ever subscribe to something that doest have a customer support to address your queries immediately over a call. Did a very big mistake using FTH despite many bad reviews in forums, now learning my own lessons.
I am very pleased with Voxya. They helped me resolve my issue without much hassle. Very impressed and satisfied.
