Whirlpool India - Fridge not working at all

I bought a double door Whirlpool refrigerator one year back, it's having ** year warranty, when I called the customer care number they have send the service personnel to check the refrigerator after checking the fridge he said there is a problem with the timer of the fridge, so he said I'll come back again once I have a new timer with me, however after one week when we called him he said that he still doesn't have a new timer of my fridge because of lockdown the timer is not available.
But as we all know that the lockdown is over in almost all states and the borders are also open of all the states so he is just making an excuses.
