Mobikiwik - Fraudulent Transaction from MY Credit debit account
Nishat Parveen filed complaint against Mobikiwik on Jun 25, 2021
This is to inform you that someone has applied Loan on behalf of me, Loan amount is *****/- which was credited to my account on dated ** June & same day I have log the complaint (complaint No ********) t o Indusind Bank through my application because no one on one is picking up my call & I was on IVR around ** minutes but no one picking up the call.
The details of this transaction ("the transaction") are as follows:

Merchant Name: www.Mobikwik.ind
The transaction is fraudulent and I did not authorize it. I would request that the transaction be reversed and that I be compensated for the full amount of the transaction. I also request that you refrain processing any further transaction from the merchant named above.
I would like to inform you that this is not my mistake, I will not pay any single amount, & it should not affect my CIBIL.
Please help to close this ASAP.
