Sbi Credit Card

I had made a transaction using my SBI Credit card on MedPLus outlet retail store, **th main road, HSR Layout Bangalore *** on **-**-**** through PhonePay Pvt. Ltd (Transaction I.D. C**********************). However, in charge of Kedplus retail outlet Mr Nagesh (Mob No **********) called me on **--*-**** and informed me that aforesaid transaction got failed and I have to pay the amount in cash. Mr Nagesh also requested me to share my credit card statement details along with PhonePay details on **-**-**** (*:** pm) through the Whatsapp which I shared with him. I informed that I will pay in cash since I get the refund in PhonePay account.
I received a call from a person (Mobile No **********) on **-**-**** (**:** am) claiming that he is an executive from PhonePay Pvt Ltd. He informed me that Mr Nagesh from Medplus has shared my customer details with him. During the conversation he deducted Rs. ***** (**,***+****) from my credit card fraudulently without my consent. I got a doubt on the phone call and immediately called SBI Credit Card customer care representative and requested him to stop the further process for payment. However, he refused to extend any help in this regard. The request regarding transaction dispute on my SBI card was initiated with SR. No ************. Please help me in this regard.
