I have an exidelife policy which has lapsed. Based on the policy I had a call from Piyush Mehra from Delhi stating that he is from exidelife and advised me to pay some amount towards the policy to get additional money. I did. I have details of the caller with recording and emails. Evidence will be in person by me as it is very confidential.
I am very pleased with Voxya. They helped me resolve my issue without much hassle. Very impressed and satisfied.
