*. Auto-debit mandate of EMI of Rs. ****.** was active and due on **-**-****, which was not processed by Zestmoney on such date.
*. On **.**.****, i received email from Zestmoney that, "DUe to technical issue auto debit is not complete & in process & no Late Fees would be charged etc,......" (Copy attached).
*. On **.**.****, i received threatening SMS from Zestmoney that your EMI is overdue and need to be paid else would impact cibil score etc.. (Copy attached).
*. On **.**.****, i paid amount of Rs. ****.** (including late fees of Rs.***). How they could charge me late fees of Rs. *** when EMI was not auto debited due to fault from their end ? . They fraudently & forcefully did it by giving false assurances (read their email dt. **.**.**** attached)
*. I sent email seeking clarifications on **.**.**** and **.**.**** but not a single response received till date.
