On October *rd, a black women's denim jacket from forever ** was ordered. However, the fabric quality of the product fell short of expectations, so I requested a return. This was attempted on October ** and **, but eKart declined to pick up the item after discovering that the style code provided by the seller on the tag was incompatible and incorrect. However, the product is exactly as it appears on the website, so the pickup agent advised me to submit a new return request mentioning the issue. After multiple follow-ups and filing a complaint with the national consumer helpline, the back end staff at Flipkart got in touch with me on October **th, ****, and they accepted a new request for a return. Since then, I've been waiting for the pickup to happen, but since the deadline for pickup was on October **th, neither Flipkart nor their logistics are monitoring the matter. Ekart did not make a single attempt at pickup and is not answering calls. I've been getting notifications from eKart instead saying that the pickup was unsuccessful, but how? Since today, they have not even tried to pick up. Every time I contacted customer service, my call was either dropped or placed on hold for a very lengthy time before being disconnected. The executives misled me and acted in a wholly unprofessional manner. Do I deserve that being a long term loyal customer of flipkart? Flipkart is deceiving its customers in this way. Like them, their sellers are dishonest. Please assist me in receiving my money back.
