We travelled to Israel with a ** day International Roaming (IR) pack activated on our phone numbers. The IR is supposed to take care of all our phone calls and data needs. To our surprise, we were billed INR **, *** towards Jordan network. We did not visit Jordan. We shared the copy of our passports. The only thing we have been repeatedly told is that the charges are genuine as we have latched on to Jordan network. In Israel, we were far away from JORDAN border at all times. In such a case, how is it even possible to latch on to another country's network.
