Ola Cab Mumbai - Fraudulent activity by ola cab driver

I booked the ride from Kashi Nagar Bhayandar East to Godrej * Taj at the trees Vikroli.

The route is shown in App By Andheri but as per my request, we choose the route by Thane. I reached my destination but the fare was not shown in my app. So the driver shows me the amount on his mobile which is Rs****. So I made the cash payment and left. When I wanted to book a second ride to return but that time the ola app. was shown that the ride is rescheduled. So I call ola cab driver *-** times but he has not picked up the calls. after that, he call me back so I told him to complete the ride I wanted to book another ride. So he spoke with me rashly and I told him that now in my app. The ride fare is showing Rs.***/- he has not accepted that he has charged an extra fare. Attaching the screenshot for your reference. I requested him to pay back the balance amount but he denied and he switched off his phone.

Requested you to kindly check into this matter on high priority.
Please take necessary action against the driver.
