BODGQ - Fraudsters: i had ordered Moonpod and received a Baseball cap

The advertisement showed the product worth to be *.** USD due to the promotional campaign but when the payment was done it reflected **.** USD.
So I requested for reversal of my payment and the order to be cancelled immediately. But no steps were taken even though I had reverted back immediately. Finally, when I received the order today it has a Baseball cap instead of Moonpod as shown in the advertisement and ordered by me. It's a complete fraudulent website & company.
