I purchased moonpod from BODGQ website as I got a promotional offer on INSTAGRAM for *.**$ but I was charged ** USD. This website doesn’t provide any customer contact details to cancel the order or initiate a refund. It is a complete scam, the amount is also deducted from the account right after entering the card details with out even providing the cvv or OTP.
Many thanks for your proactive approach and prompt action. This has accelerated and helped in resolving my issue.
