Last * months i have been paying my emi on time(**k) and it gets auto deducted from my hdfc account.
*)Still i have been wrongly charged for INR ****-this is fraud/cheating
*)I paid for insurance(~* lakh INR) at the time of taking loan, and none of bank employee told me ,it requires health check.
Now after * months ,when i raised concern about the service, they say, sorry we cant give you insurance and provided me refund.
*)Is SBI serious, you earn money/interest out of my hard earned ,and then without any penalty ,you give me refund. And say cant provide you service ,is this a joke??
And after multiple emails and raising grievances from portal sbi ,i get no resolution.Being at New York, and chasing sbi in India has been pain past * month.
My two years of blood & sweat got valued finally with Voxya. I got a full refund with no hustle after they received notice.
