Hi I have taken Club Mahindra membership one month back
Made down payment only
While membership lot of things were kept hidden from me and some wrong informations are given
I came to know while attempting for the actual booking
I raised for cancellation
Wrong information was about food rates, additional charges on the international destination, charges for activities at the resort
I raised cancellation request which is accepted but no refund amount is given
Kindly provide me a refund amount
This is wrong business practice
I can understand if some processing fees are deducted * to *%
But keeping all money of customer against no service is cheating
Thousands of customers like you have trusted Voxya to resolve their issues
