Kent customer executive surjeet is a big cheater and fraud.
We are from jaypee kosmos Sector *** noida.
We made a service request to Kent and surjeet came and suggested us to have AMC of rs ****.
He said that after having AMC, he will then change the RO motor as that is having some problem.
Then we took AMC and he didn't not change our motor then after.
Even after calling Kent executives so many times, Kent did not change our motor.
We have very bad experience with kent service and will suggest everyone to avoid Kent service.
