Kent RO - Continuous Problem with Water Purifier

I am continuously facing problems with my Kent RO water purifier. The company Kent RO systems apparently has a *rd party services provider for repairs and maintenance called SSV Enterprise. SSV is always looking to loot the customer and there is always one or another part to be replaced in the machine costing in thousands. Kent RO does not care. My case history is as follows and this is just from ****
In the first instance, on *nd of Feb ****, I was contacted by a Kent RO mechanic asking if he could come to my home for service. Since this person visited my house for servicing of Kent RO on earlier occasions I did not smell any foul play and asked him to come over. He visited and as usual as everytime there are some parts always to be replaced otherwise the quality of the water will get impacted and all of that. I get the parts replaced and pay him about Rs.****/- (I do not remember the exact amount).I later discovered that this employee was fake and that I should have raised a request on Kent RO app which I did not. My mistake. Though I must point out that with a Vu TV, Hitachi AC, Jaguar geyser at home, I never had a situation of this kind earlier where a person fakes around as a serviceman. But this is a different topic.

Then around on **th March ****, water starts leaking from the Kent RO machine and I raise a complain this time on the app. I write to the Chairman and Managing Director of Kent RO systems highlighting the fact that the servicing was done a few weeks back and now I have a new problem once again. So, SSV enterprises visits my house (another mechanic this time) together with Kent RO employee. Now they say that the motor needs to be replaced and also discover that the parts replaced in the first instance above were expired parts and they need to be replaced as well. I again shell out approx ****Rs/-.
I am told that the motor is not available and they will have to come again for the replacement of the same. (Case ID - ******-*****)

Because of corona onset, I decide to postpone the replacement of the motor. Now that things are opening up, I raise a formal complaint through Kent RO app (Case ID ******-*****). A technician named Pursotam visits. He replaces the motor but finds * other things to be replaced as well saying all of them have expired and if I do not get them replaced my new motor will not last long. The sum total of all replacements is ****Rs/- (Invoice attached)

And just after * days of shelling out yet another ****Rs/-, where water has started leaking inside the machine. Images of the same attached

This is some kind of a scam going on between Kent RO and SSV Enterprises. All the spare parts which SSV Enterprises brings gas trademarks of Kent RO and there is no room for any reduction in price. The machine costed me *****Rs/- and just in **** I have shelled out ****-****Rs/-. The machine was purchased on **.**.**** installed on **.**.**** and free service upto **** (* years warranty)

I need help to resolve this issue
