handmade love by tanya mittal - Order not received and no reply fr brand

I ordered *items from Handmade Love by Tanya Mittal website.I ordered something that needed customisation also.They sent me a message on WhatsApp asking customizatiom details.I had to give some photos too for that so i gave ** pictures and the person asked me to send pictures soon.They said delivery time is *-**days and it has been *month and *days since I ordered.I started following up on their WhatsApp number from which they have asked for customization details.But they do not read any message now on both their numbers.On Calling the customer care,everytime it says executive are busy.Whatsapp voice call keeps ringing but nobody is picking up.I wanted to wear what I ordered in the coming karwa chauth.My Mother-in-law gifted it to me and she also keeps asking me where is the thing she paid for.
I even messages tanya mittal on her personal account but i guess she has blocked me as I can't see any of her post and nor she appears in my search on Instagram.
People are praising her,she is Ms.Asia ,a TEDx speaker,a Chandigarh University alumni,and a lot of profiles on Instagram praise her for what she has achieved,but now i feel it's all fake.
I want to file an FIR against her.Let me know if i can directly go to the police station and do that or you can help me out with it.
