I placed an order from handmade love by tanya on *nd November **** for a specific occasion and it required customisation so I sent the photograph via Whatsapp to them and they asked to wait for *-** business days which I did as previously also I placed an order with them and it was delivered in the said date so I waited this time also. Post the ** business days time completed I started asking them on WhatsApp about the status of my order and they replied after days and kept on asking to wait then I pinged on Instagram also and one of the executive called and asked to wait for ** hours and the order will be dispatched but it was a fake commitment as post that they are not even checking my messages. Today its ** December the occasion is gone and I haven't received any update from them. Seems I have lost my money with them
