- Fraud transaction through UPI Open
On **-**-****, in the morning fraud transaction of Rs. ***** had taken place from my HDFC bank saving account. Immediately I blocked my account and debit card and internet banking as well.
I also gave written complaint in HDFC bank by filling a dispute form and through customer care, I also filled online complaint. I also filled complaint a written complaint in Baguiati Police station for the same incident of fraud with G.D.E. no.**** on same date **-**-****.

I have given all details to HDFC bank and I also send him a copy of police complaint that I have filed against these transactions but bank replied that all transaction is done with UPI by confirming unique pin so we can't do anything and their respect all transactions are fair.
** days already passed I kept my account blocked yet no useful answer I find from the bank. This kind of harassment from a genuine consumer is pathetic. By writing I am also want to tell everyone that if your thinking that HDFC bank is very good ins services for their customer, so you should know this incident and then make a decision that you should keep your account in HDFC or not.
Because any such incident with you they simply nullify that like they are doing with me.
