Hi
I was sold the credit card by the sales person saying it has one time fee of *** you need to pay no annual charges .
I paid ***rs and later blocked it since it was lost and didn't request for new one.
After few months I read the email that there is total amount due of ****
When I checked there was penalty fee since I didn't pay the annual charges .
There were no annual charges the sales person said and after contacting I had to pay this amount which affected my credit score also .
Then again in ja ** I paid **** as annual charges for the services I never used.
Now there is total due for *** RS again for the card which I don't have.
And they sent new card without I requesting but it didn't get delivered since I was not available. Still they are charging the amount. I don't know my new credit card number also how can I pay the amount it's due by tomorrow
