- Fraud Incorrect Maturity proceeds on FD ICICI Bank Closed

I have a savings bank account with ICICI Bank, Kolkata, Burrabazar Branch with account number ************. I have invested in fixed deposit in bank as per deposit advise (FD Number ************) to be matured on ** Apr **** without auto renewal.
On the date of maturity, my FD was auto renewed without consent and also the principal amount was less then the maturity proceeds. As per the FD advise, maturity amount was supposed to be *,**,*** but I only received *,**,***. I have submitted form **G for all the financial years and there should was no TDS deduction as explained by bank representative. I have the acknowledgement saved for all **G submissions.
Bank is unable to explain why FD was auto renewed without consent and why the maturity proceeds was credited less then the declared amount in FD advise without TDS. There is no account of the difference of amount I received on maturity and one declated on the FD advise.
