- Fraud harrasment of customer faulty ac no response of complains ^Open

I purchased a lloyd * ton ac model no GLW**C*XWSMR on * june **** from kashika enterprises sunderpur. From the day i have been in trouble becos the Ac was not cooling, no water dispensing. Initialy i contacted the shop they changed the product but ithe exchanged product is also not working. The extent of fraud and harrasment will be clear from following points..
*. Without my permission or consent they ( shop / service centre themselves registered me online with another model no .). I have clearly told them that i will registered my product by myself only
*. this new * ton ac is showing less than *.* ac in multimeter and cooling temp meter, which proves that either they have done given me less than * ton ac but taken the price of *ton ac with wrong receipt Or the product is faulty.
* . I have filled * complain but only * time service personnel visited with no solution given only said that it will be replaced
*. My complain no. job sheet was closed by service centre without visit of even technician and solution
*.In this scorching heat , i purchased * ton ac but my purpose is not solve , im unable to use it rather they are wasting my time harrasing me. And getting me sick in this hot summer.
*. I have also send * mails to the company ie CUSTOMERCARE@HAVELLS.COM from my email id ani_ k**@yahoo.com.
*. As the heat is unbearable & the lloyd company negligence of service lead me to purchase a new cooler . this extra expense of * thousand is due to irresponsible and negligent of the lloyd company and service provider.
*. As this lloyd ac has wasted my so much time , harrassed , and their is a doubt of illegal activity fraud running by or under the nose of the company, as even after so many complains they are not providing service rather misleading by wrong/ false input of job completed. I want a compensation of Rs **,***.
**,*** the price of ac which i have given, plus installation and cooler expense etc.
Their is serious point of enquiry that whether they have delivered me * ton ac or sell *.* ton ac in the name of * ton. if it is so its illegal and i must be not the only one they have done fraud .
*. I request you to look into the matter and provide me the solution as soon as possible
