Avanse Financial Services Limited - Fraud Foreclosure charges and deductions by Avanse Financial Services

My Brother opted for education loan on Nov **** from Avanse Financial Services who provided as third party of Rs.**L in some HSBC bank to which only have have access and all the details of bank, debit cards and credentials. When the Visa got rejected, he mailed them immediately to close the loan application for which they didn't and asked for foreclosure charges for which we haven't used a single penny from it. we replied them why we should pay when we have not utilized, but they are saying the amount was disbursed for that reason we have to pay foreclosure charges upto *.*L and they started deducting Rs.**** as the interest from my account from past * year. whenever we approached they raise an automatic service request and they close it in * days that they resolve he issue. when I applied for a PL from another bank they mentioned that CBIL showing I have an education loan linked from Avanse. On top they link all these insurances and overseas insurances policies to that person and to the nominee and start deducting it from disbursed amount which was in some HSBC account which is again under their control. They are no providing NOC to me and my brother and demanding us to pay *.*L for foreclosure and to give NOC. Not just us, there are many such cases where people have manipulated and demanded to pay these charges and so many google reviews as well against them. we want justice and the refund to the deductions made till day through loan and by the insurance policies.
