I HAVE TAKEN LOAN FROM AVANSE LAST * YEARS BACK FOR MY HIGHER EDUCATION IN UK I HAVE FINISHED MY COURSE AND STARTED PAYING MY * MONTH EMI ON (**-JAN-****) I HAVE PAID FIRST * MONTHS WITHOUT FAIL, AFTER SOME DAYS AM UNABLE TO PAY I REQUESTED CONCERN TEAM TO EXTEND MY TENURE FOR *-* MORE YEARS, NO RESPONSE FROM THEM AND THERE IS NO PROPER TEAM OR MANAGEMENT TO ADDRESS THE PROBLEM, ALSO COLLECTION TEAM HAS USED ABUSIVE LANGUAGE WITH ME AND MY PARENTS.
